This subscription fee is based on the total number of active and inactive students that are in the system.
The Lead File feature is an area where you can keep basic contact information for a parent and student without increasing your Jackrabbit subscription fee. There is NO limit to the number of lead records and it is an ideal place to keep prospective customers (like birthday party attendees) contact information and have the ability to mass email them. You can Archive existing families and students to the lead file and only their contact information is kept. Before you Archive, you can export 99% of their information to Excel.

Jackrabbit is an Application Service Provider (ASP) and is offered as a low-cost monthly service. There is no minimum contract length or setup fee. When your organization signs up you will pay a monthly fee in advance.(Note: All prices are in US Dollars.)
You have the ability to delete students at anytime to save on your Jackrabbit Fees. Also, Jackrabbit provides a free service to periodically delete your old inactive students based on criteria you give us. Example: Delete all students that have not been active for 2 years or that are over 18 years of age.
Pay monthly, we'll bill your credit card or bank account on the first of each month. The student total count (active & inactive) is taken on a random day of the prior month to determine your next month's billing rate.
Import your current data - We will import family and student information from your current system at NO charge.

- QuickBooks Interface - This feature allows you to export daily revenue subtotals to QuickBooks via an IIF file. All your accounts receivable functions are performed only in Jackrabbit, not in QuickBooks, and just the collect revenue sub totals are transferred to QuickBooks

- The monthly fee is based on the # of students (active & inactive) that you have in the system. We do this to protect us from organizations importing a 20,000 name mailing lists.
