Event Details
Come to our Charlotte, North Carolina headquarters and work with our instructors for 2 days of comprehensive training! The training is for 2 full days and lunch will be provided. We reserve the right to cancel a session for lack of attendance, but we will make every effort to provide a workable solution for you.

Transportation and Accommodations
Fly into Charlotte Douglas International Airport – the airport code is CLT.  Our office is a 25 min drive (22 miles) from the airport.  We recommend renting a car because a taxi ride to and from the airport is $50 each way and our offices are not in walking distance to accommodations.

Training will take place at our office: 9820 Northcross Center Court, Huntersville NC 28078.

Popular accommodations for this area are Country Inn and Suites, Quality Inn, and Holiday Inn Express.

Who should attend the training?
System Administrators: This should be the person who will be using the system daily to accomplish tasks like creating the schedule, registering families, posting fees, collecting payments, and possibly creating new User IDs/Logins for staff.

Owners and Managers
Your input is required for success since you know exactly how your schedule should be set up and how you want revenue organized in the system. This is critical information to know when setting up your database for the first time. Please make sure you have discussed this with your system administrator before attending training.
